    1. Sewing isn't as hard as it may appear Alejandra. You just need to start with something simple to gain some experience and more importantly, confidence. Try sewing a small cushion/pillow for one of your dolls and then some sheets . . . it's all straight sewing, nothing too complicated.

  4. Beautiful fabrics. You have a good eye for choosing lovely things.
    Hmm, I just tried making some sheets and a couple of pillows for a bed, and believe me, you CAN sew crooked! I cannot even sew in a straight line! I thought it would be very easy, but I now see that sewing is NOT my forte. I will leave it to talented people like you Xanadu!

    1. Isabelle, tell Sam to rule a line on the fabric with one of those pencils that has a "lead" that disappears in the wash, it will help you sew a straight line. You can find them in quilting supply shops. Please don't give up, sewing is fun. :)
