Four Dresses, a Crown and a Pair of Shoes

The fabric is sheer and iridescent.

The only one with completed shoes.

Tulle fabric with silver snowflakes.

Sheer fabric with colourful butterflies.

Four dresses down and eight more to come, along with more shoes, face ups and fairy wings ~ sometimes I wonder if I will ever finish this project!

    All of your fairies are simply breathtaking! I also love the fabrics, they fit so well to their themes... This project seems like a lot of work, but I'm sure you have so much fun with it :)!

      Thank you Chiriann. Yes it is a lot of work, and I often tend to bite off more than I can chew when it comes to projects, but the end result is worth it I think.

    Slow and steady wins the race, so they say ;) But I find it's much more stop and start, wander off doing other things etc. But the dresses so far look beautiful on the ones you have done so far.

      Ha, ha, ha! So, so true in both our cases Dee . . . do you think age has anything to do with it? I'm happy with the way they look, the fabrics are much prettier IRL.

    I'm glad to see that you've made progress! I keep telling myself that, when I haven't gotten as much done as I would have liked, that I have at least made progress. The dresses are lovely. Are these dolls supposed to represent the four seasons?

      Thank you, the fabrics took some hunting down. I knew what I wanted, but it's not always easy to find something that you have only seen in your imagination. 😉 No Barb, they are some of the dolls for my World of Enchantment book, they represent elementals, fairies and other creatures in semi human form.
