Ruggiero

The hippogriff, a steed born of a mare and a griffin is a legendary creature which has the front half of an eagle and the hind half of a horse; it is extremely fast and is able to fly around the world and to the Moon.

It is ridden by magicians and the wandering knight Ruggiero, who was raised since infancy by the wizard Atlante, as a warrior. Atlante is fiercely protective of Ruggiero and keeps him hidden in an invisible castle on the top of a mountain.

In my story, Ruggiero escapes from the castle by melding with the hippogriff and flying to safety.

Ruggiero will be added to my mythical creatures of The Elvin Forest, I hope you like him.

P.S. All ordered on 13th June and the hippogriff has been named Fleetfoot.

  1. Hi Sandi!
    OMG, this is so cute! ❤❤❤ I like both versions of him, half human and half eagle. Mythological creatures are amazing and very interesting.
    Greetings ^^

    1. Hi Lily,
      There's a little pink girl too, but to get these two is going to cost me an arm and a leg as it is. I do think it's worth sacrificing any further dolls this year to add him to my doll story though. :)

    2. Those creatures look so awesome, I'm excited to see more photos of them and how much they're going to cost! I'm not really interested in RealFees myself though, so I hope Fairyland is going to sell the Hippogriffs separately as well. I'd love to get the blue-ish one, but won't make a final decision before I see the price ^^;

      I'm really excited that at least you're going to order one though!

    1. Hi Irene,
      I wasn't sure if the base resin was blue or white, but if they offer the blushing I may take them up on it this time, it's so beautiful on the 'griff. I hope you get one too! :)
