A visual narrative of my dolly days and various creations from my studio.
Hi Sandi!Wow, there's a lot of dolls! I've fallen in love with the tiny Tin Man ❤I see Halloween is coming there too! ;)Hugs ^^
Hi Lily!Yes, it was good to be able to see so many different dolls in one place. :) The tin man is lovely, it was great to see one IRL as I'd only seen pics before.hugs,x
What a treat to see all these beautiful dolls in one post! The Tin Man is my favorite :-). xx
Hi Night Owl,The tin man would have been added to my wish list if Pippos were still making him, but they're not and unfortunately he's hard to find on the second hand market.Hugs,X
It looks like it was a really nice doll meet, gorgeous dolls!
Oh it was, they are always so much fun. We have a meet every second month and there are always new dolls to check out. :)
Hello Sandi,The art of doll making always fascinates me. Terrific pictures, and that last one is my favorite.Big hug,Giac
Hi Giac!Me too. I'm able to dress them and do a reasonable face-up. I have mostly worked with textiles and can make teddy bears & animals from mohair, soft toys from felt and cloth dolls, but I have never made a resin doll...maybe one day, who knows??? Hugs,X
Wow - looks like a lot of people came, and that's a lot of dolls! Glad you had a great day :)
