DeleteAs soon as I saw this pair I knew I'd be bringing them home. Ginger's sculpt is so gorgeous, perhaps even better than Poppy's and I have always adored her. I think there will be a contest between the two, to see who receives the most attention next year.

I know YeYe, the more I look at her the more I love her. I think she is going to be very popular amongst the IT doll collectors. The waiting is going to really test me this time, not that it doesn't everytime I pre-order a doll. LOL! The accessories are lovely, and these are the first dolls I have ordered that have gloves. :)

Most definitely will, am currently thinking about their story, but I have plenty of time to sort it out before they arrive in April. :) IT have them as frenemies, but that's not for me as these two sculpts are my favourites and I'd like their natures to be kind and generous . . . maybe they will be secret philantrhopists.

Big Congrats on the new purchase! They are beautiful dolls. I wish they sold Ginger separately though. I might be tempted then! I just have too many Poppy dolls right now even though I do think this Poppy is quite pretty. That and I'm kind of tempted by the red haired Victoire Roux from the East 59th line but ... I'm still procrastinating. I can't wait to see these dolls on your blog when they arrive and hear your thoughts on them when you get them in hand.

As I said you could always get them and sell Poppy off later. :) None of the others that have been listed since have really done anything for me, sometimes it's their costuming that puts me off even though I quite like the dolls themselves.

That's the same with me particularly with those recent ones. I like the doll but the costumes turn me off or I like the costumes but not keep on the doll itself.

They are simply gorgeous! I love Poppies, but Ginger is just as lovely. And dresses and accesories are perfect for them. Such a shame you won't get them for Christmas, but congratulation on this purchase nonetheless - both dolls are wonderful!

And just curious, but how do you preorder or buy these? I'd also be interested in these two, but I always get so confused on where people buy them!!
ReplyDeleteYou need to join the W Club at Integrity Toys, but you won't be able to purchase these now as they were a 2019 W Club member exclusive. You may be lucky and find them on the secondary market once they arrive in April, but if you do they will most likely be marked up in price . . . especially the red head, she seemed to attract the most doll lovers this year.

I think bagging these was a real bonus this year Sharon. I have always liked Poppy, but Ginger really has so much more going for her, I think she is going to be my favourite IT doll now.
