DIM Youra / Luts KID Hybrid

I have been working on Ondine, my hybrid water sprite and have just received her Safrin 10mm Green Ocean eyes. I really love the colour, however, I am wondering if they maybe a little large.
 
 
I'm looking for an honest opinion, do you think 8mm would suit her better?

    Hi Sandi!

    The colour of the eyes are very nice, it suits Ondine with her pale skin and wig. I think 8mm would suit her better if you want her to have a more realistic look.

      Thanks Lily. I may try a smaller pair that I have on hand as you've suggested, it's a different colour, but it should give me an idea how the 8mm looks.

    I like the size of the eyes, I think they suit her face
    Maybe if you try positioning them a bit higher? I mean with the black circle showing less, it could work best. Right now she looks a bit surprised and that position might make them look a bit larger? I'm no expert in eyes though, I'm terrible at it, I suffer thinking about changing eyes and it's awful xD

      Hi Alejandra,
      Thank you, I am happy with the colour, but I'm going to try a smaller pair as I said to Lily. However, I will also try what you have suggested and position them higher and see what looks best. She does look somewhat surprised or startled though at the moment. :)

    With that color, I think they're a nice size. If they were dark, I think they'd need to be smaller, but the light color pops more at a bigger size.

      Thank you HC. You are right about the light colour popping, I think that was part of my problem, so I am going to try both the above suggestions, before reaching a final decision.

    I'm partial to bigger eyes most of the time; so I think these are perfect, but I'd say to go with whatever you think looks best. <3

    I think it really depends on personal taste. I like to see more whites around the eyes for my dolls but then other dolls actually look quite nice with bigger eyes especially if you're wanting to go for a younger more innocent look.
