Slippers Please!

After I had scolded Pippin and Ancelina for running around with bare feet this morning, they promptly reminded me they need slippers to wear while playing indoors.

You may have noticed (or maybe not) Pippin has a new wig. Not sure it will be permanent yet.

In case you're wondering, I made the hooded PJ's to keep them warm.

Hope you are all enjoying your week and having plenty of dolly time!

    1. Thanks Musume. :) It's a pity you can't really see the pattern on the other one too, it has tiny owls in pink, lilac and mint, very cute.

  3. The hooded PJs look absolutely adorable. I really love the colour and fabric (once again). Even without slippers, they still look cute!

A lot of mine run around without shoes all the time!

    1. A little bit of fun sewing Alasse, thank you. :)

Now don't you go encouraging my girls to run around barefoot, not when they have finally convinced me to buy slippers.

    1. Sorry Irene, I don't have enough fabric to make one for you. :) I know if I had a pair, I'd probably spend all day in them, no bra, oh boy, it would be so comfy. LOL!

    1. HiJS! Ah yes, it's just another one of those things you pick up when you least expect it and it's a handy prop to have for this size doll. Got a few more bits and bobs around somewhere, but exactly where is the question. :)

  8. What little cuties but yes, they really do need at least socks to keep their little feet warm. I love the pjs you've made, they're very nice and I bet they're very snug in the winter....but just one question, aren't they a bit hot for where you are at the moment!!!! ;)
Big hugs xxx PS the curly white wig looks so cute on her, reminds me of the original Ante wig when she first was released.

    1. Hi Sharon! Hey I live in Melbourne, it's where we have four seasons in one day, so my girls have to be prepared for anything. LOL! I've had to remove them today though, the temp's predicted to hit 30c.

Yes, but not quite as lovely. My Ante has worn this wig before, but she has longer curls now . . . her hair grew!! :)

  9. You made the PJs? They are so lovely!! You should definitely make some of those for your store! I completely missed that you live in Australia by the way. In Melbourne? I have quite a lot of family dotted in surrounding areas, as well as other parts of Australia. My brother lived there for a while too (he was born there actually as my parents lived there for a while when they were younger). I've been a few times myself but would love to come again one day. I need the warmth!!

    1. You know the story abou time don't you . . . there's never enough! I'd love to add some to my store, but am so busy since I retired I hardly have time to fit everything in, there's always custom orders to attend to, blogs to write an "letters" to answer (they're really emails, but long newsy ones). Sometimes I wonder how I ever managed to raise a family and have a career!! LOL!!

I have an aunt who lives in the UK, and I lived in London for 7 years. But I do love Oz and I'll be staying put now, there is so much country to see and things do here.

Certainly been warm the last couple of days, Coco has been swimming in his pool. :)
