Is Someone Trying To Tell Me Something?

Yes, it seems I simply cannot help myself. The only thing I can do is stay off this bloomin' 'puter altogether if I want to stop from purchasing more dolls!

I recently took the plunge and joined IT's W Club for the first time, then the Forum and was reminded in no uncertain terms that Tulabelle is doll I needed to bring home. So I ordered her and as normal, I paid for her immediately, then went to bed happy . . . BUT UNFORTUNATELY, MY HAPPINESS WAS SHORT LIVED!



THIS MORNING I AWOKE TO A CANCELLED ORDER!!
This has never happened to me before, and what made me really upset and angry was the store otherwise known as " Patt and Billys", didn't even have the courtesy to give any explanation as to why, which I think is very rude.

I have wanted this beautiful red haired lady ever since I first saw her, but I never thought I'd actually own one and now it looks like I never will.

    They should have given an explanation to you why the order was cancelled!
    But do not give up! Hope you find her somewhere else!

      Thank you for your kind thoughts. Well I did get an explanation AFTER I sent them a message saying I deserved one . . . they ran out of stock. As far as I'm concerned you don't list something for sale unless you have it!
      I already have, but now I have to wait for my funds to be returned to my bank, which is a bummer! But I will try and stay positive and hope the doll is still available when the money is in my hot little hands once more. :)

  2. Did you contact them? Don't forget to leave negative feedback because that kind of crap is not on. Most buyers don't mind if an order has to be cancelled as long as they are told about it and the reason why. I don't get that sellers just do not get that. And I am pretty sure you're not allowed to list things you don't have for sale on ebay. I'd be informing ebay about it too because who else have they done that too?

    I'm really upset for you that this happened. I know you've been wanting her for a while. I'm going to look around for you in a bit and email you with some links. I am positive I have seen her at a few places at a pretty decent price. And below her original retail to boot. I'd say check on the club forum but ... I haven't bought from there before so I don't know how trustworthy the sellers are on there.

      I'm sure you've read my reply to Niina, so I won't go over it again. I've cooled off now and I have also found another doll I like, so I may go that route instead. That hasn't put me off IT just USA eBay sellers. I will email you with the details tomorrow as I'm heading to bed early.

  4. I'm so sorry to read this Sandy, but read that you got an explanation....not that I think that's good enough though. I am sure that the seller has the items in stock to be able to sell them to you, so I'm sure they're in breach of the rules. However, I'm happy to hear that you've found something else, so I hope you will enjoy that doll more. In the future you may end up with this pretty girl anyway! I hope you get whatever you wish for :)

    1. Thanks Sharon, but I'm over it now, it was just the initial shock rejection, it felt like "keep your rotten money I don't want to sell to you". But let's face it, someone else out there does. :)

      I think what is p***ing me off the most is waiting for the return of the funds. It still amazes me how quickly PP can take it, and how slow it is at actually being returned to the bank, even though the paperwork says it's been returned.

      Anyway I don't want to dwell on it any longer, and just want to go back enjoying my dolls . . . so all is good in my world now. :)
