I'm So Excited

I just received a message this morning to say my sweet Nili 3 is on her way! YAY!

I also received a lovely email from "Sharon in Spain". I am trying to convince her to return to blogging, but she's concerned all her followers may have forgotten her, I need you to help me convince her she definitely IS NOT forgotten.

Now having completed the enormous task of adding all my 195 dolls to "Studio 1283", I am turning my attention to the 1:6 scale furniture pieces which I received for Christmas back in 2020. It's not like me to leave something dolly related in it's box for so long before opening it, but it's been a crazy couple of years, so I'm excusing myself this time.

I did manage to pull them out today and I'd forgotten how many pieces would need assembling . . . here come gluey fingers again.

It's going to take some time for me to assemble all of them as they are so fiddly. Perhaps I should paint the pieces first, well at the very least, the surfaces that face inside each of the cabinets etc.

Talking to you is not getting me anywhere fast, so until next time, have a lovely weekend!

    1. She can't get her quick enough Chiriann, I am really anxious to hold her in my arms. I think we are all in agreeance there, I hope we can all convince her.
Thanks, I think I'm going to need lots of luck to get it all done in a reasonable time, there are so many tiny pieces to assemble.

  5. Oh me too Linda, MDBF were really good to order one especially for me and keep me informed of her progress.
I think she is missed far more than she realises and I know we would love to see her back posting photos of her lovely dolls.
Don't know if assembling will be fun, but it will be good to finally get all the pieces underway.
    Big hugs,

  7. I do keep up with Sharon on Instagram, but I definitely would love to see her back on the blogosphere. I just assumed life got in the way of dolly time and she wasn't able to post. I hope she comes back!
It looks like you're going to be busy assembling all that tiny furniture. I would be interested in seeing the final results.
    Happy new week ahead.
