Under normal circumstances, I would thank you all individually for you kind comments, but in this instance I thought it appropriate to do this collectively. It was such a pleasure to read so many favourable comments about Ondine and her costume and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for being so kind. XXX
I managed to do a little more on her costume yesterday, so here's another progress photo of her ~
Today, I'm painting the fountain wall in our back garden, so I doubt if there will be much sewing done. I will post finished photos later in the week.
Hugs to you all for taking the time to read my blog!

12/6 QUICK UPDATE ~
I finished the sleeves
yesterday, but didn't
have time to take a
photo until today.
I wanted them to
look a little like fins,
but still show her
human hands.
Do you think I have
captured the look?
Now have to decide
whether she needs
some sort of head
adornment or not.
Stunning...

ReplyDeleteYou are so talented, and I love your work!
Ondine's gorgeous outfit is coming along nicely. I think you certainly have captured that fan-like appearance with her sleeves.
ReplyDeleteHow did painting the fountain wall go?
