Yesterday! This is the second or maybe the third time Australia Post has delivered to me on a Sunday. She was a late in arriving due to the Covid restrictions in place around the world. It's taken five weeks, so you can imagine, she is a very welcome arrival.
I am so pleased I ordered her, even though she was made as a large edition, she is really gorgeous! Even hubby has taken a fancy to her. :) You will find all her details in this post, so I won't bore you by repeating it. However, here are some photos which I took this morning.
Tyler may not pose well due to lack of articulation, but she's so lovely to look at and the detail on Tonner dolls is spot on as you can see by the shoe here . . . the base of the shoe matches perfectly with the colours in her gown and the inner sole is actually covered in the same fabric.

I can see why your husband would like her! I like her too; Tyler looks so confident and relaxed, and yet there's a bit of innocence to her too.

She arrived! She looks quite stunning. There is just something about the Tyler face that is unlike anything else. I don't know what it is. Plus they always photograph so nicely. And her dress is so amazing. I really love it. Congrats on the arrival!
ReplyDeleteOh she is Alasse. The only fault I can find, and it's only a minor one, is her fringe needs to be rearranged so it covers her forehead better. I agree, she is very photogenic. :)

What the early Tylers lack in articulation, they definitely make up for with their ethereal beauty. Congratulations on getting a great doll!

Oh, she is beautiful! I love everything from her beautiful dress to the hair style. Plus, she's a redhead, which I love. I'm so glad that she's finaly with you, it's been a while since you ordered her.

Congrats! She looks like a Lady in waiting, lost in reverie, thinking about things that make her happy. A very pretty face, and despite the fiery lipstick a shy one. Lovely acquisition.
