New Arrival

Not really brand new, but a new addition to my family. He's a pre-loved doll who once belonged to Sim, a fellow BJD enthusiast. Every time I saw her Bory at a doll meet, the green eyed monster came to life. I asked that if she ever decided to sell him, to let me have first dibs.

Finally today, Sim allowed me to purchase him and bring him home. He is a Luts Kid Delf Moonlit Song Bory Centaur (human head), with default face up and full body blushing. He does have the gold tail and back piece to match his gold hooves, however, I shall not be using them as I like the tail that Sim made for him.

He is Theron, my Ipotane King, partner to Ondine (a Guardian Water Sprite) and father to Princess Hera, my Tiny Delf centaur.

Forest Meeting

My Bubble Mint Jack Centaur arrived yesterday and I am so happy with him. He was to have wings, but the ones I had on hand looked far too big. I am hoping that the new Fairyland RealFee wings might suit him better.

I'm not too sure about the skirt on a boy, but Hera thinks Pegasus is just gorgeous . . . they do make rather a handsome couple though. :)

It wasn't until I began taking photos that I realised how loose Hera's stringing had become, so it looks as though there's another thing to add to my "RoundTuit".



My Centaur Has a Name

High atop Mount Olympus reigned the queen of the gods; she was the wife and one of three sisters of Zeus. She was the goddess of women and marriage, who was known for her jealous and vengeful nature, most notably against Zeus' lovers and offspring.

Her name is Hera.

The Centaurs were mythical creatures, said to be have been born of Ixion and Nephele (the cloud made in the image of Hera) so I feel the name given to my Centaur (or I should say my Kentauride, as she is female) is most appropriate.

She's A Must Have

Luts have just added a couple of the new Centaurs to their website and this little one is definitely a must have in my books.

Although she has the Hansel head (a male), to me she is so pretty as a girl and I love that she has a tan body rather than the normal skin colour (though no doubt she will be more expensive this way). I hope they have plenty of the wigs in stock too, the way they have combined the colours of this one is really different and seems to lend itself to the overall design.

Somehow I think she is the one centaur I will have to order as a complete item, so much for being on a dolly diet and there goes the dolly bank balance for the rest of the year!

Lots of Tiny Centaurs

I didn't realise there were going to be so many....SIGH! How ever am I going to make a decision of which one to bring home and love???

Temptation

I can't wait for this little centaur to be released, he looks so darn cute and the temptation to own this little sweetie is far too great.

I have been waiting for a quite some time, for a small version of the centaur to be released and I am determined he will be mine, no matter what the cost. :)
